Where we ship

We currently deliver only to:

  • Continental United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories)
  • Canada (all provinces except remote areas without standard courier service)

Order processing time

We need 1–2 business days to process your order before shipment. You will receive a tracking number via email once the order leaves our facility.

Delivery time after dispatch

  • United States: 3–5 business days
  • Canada: 5–8 business days

These are estimates. Carriers may experience delays during holidays or severe weather.

Shipping cost

Free shipping on every order. No minimum purchase or coupon code required.

Carrier selection

We work with multiple carriers based on your location. The carrier is selected automatically — customers cannot choose a specific carrier.

Customs & import fees (Canada only)

For orders shipped to Canada:

  • You are the importer of record.
  • Any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees charged by Canadian authorities are your responsibility.
  • We do not collect these fees. Please check with your local customs office for estimates.

Incorrect address

If a package is returned to us because you provided an incorrect shipping address, you will be responsible for the reshipment fee.
